Out of the blue, Izzy made herself known by drawing and signing a picture of herself in three very different moods; from sunny and smiling to dark and dismal. This thoughtful and intelligent 8-year-old part of Vivian, was ready to be seen, heard and helped.

It was Izzy who felt responsible for the distraught internal Baby. How amazing it was to witness her using ‘Calming Therapy’ to relieve this infant of long-held trauma. After this triumph, Izzy was able to heal herself.
